🔄 Sync Centre — iPad ↔ Laptop
Transfer all entries, tanks, vessel info and voyage log between your iPad and cabin laptop using AirDrop (iPad ↔ Mac) or a USB/network transfer (iPad ↔ Windows laptop).
STEP 1 — EXPORT FROM THIS DEVICE
Creates a sync file named with your vessel name + date + entry count.
Send it to the other device via AirDrop (iPad ↔ Mac) or email / USB (iPad ↔ Windows laptop).
STEP 2 — IMPORT ON THE OTHER DEVICE
Open the sync file received from the other device.
The app will show you a summary before merging — new entries are ADDED, existing entries are NOT overwritten.
📱 HOW TO AIRDROP (iPad → Laptop)
1. Tap Export Sync File on your iPad
2. The file downloads — tap it → tap Share
3. Tap AirDrop → select your cabin laptop
4. On laptop: accept the file → click Import Sync File → select it
5. Done — all iPad entries appear on the laptop ✅

Laptop → iPad: same steps in reverse.
📦 Full Backup & Restore
Full backup replaces ALL data on restore. Use for archiving or moving to a fresh device. Sync Centre above is better for day-to-day iPad ↔ Laptop transfer.
Part III — Panama Flag Entries
MARPOL Annex VI — Additional entries for Panama flag vessels (Annex VI ORB Part III)
⚠ These entries are recorded in the Code Letter: PART III column of the ORB as required by the Panama Maritime Authority (PMA) under MARPOL Annex VI. They are in addition to standard MARPOL Annex I codes (C, D, F, H, I).
